       Four Things you should know if you work with me as your REALTOR of CHOICE 

1.  You will be pre-qualified.   Then you will know how much a home you can afford. 
I want to understand your motivations, so I can guide you towards the right home.

2.  We will establish rapport.   I care about my clients.  I want you to know about me.  Many of my clients have become my friends. 

3. I will take time and explain things to you.  Whether you are a first-time buyer or an experienced real estate buyer, I want to make sure that you understand everything in plain English.

4. I will NEVER pressure a decision.  You can take the time to weigh the facts, and discuss the purchase among yourselves, with your friends, your family, or anybody else you choose.
